We will reach out to you within 3-5 business days to schedule an initial consultation via phone or video call.
Following the initial consultation call, you will be sent a written proposal and estimate.

How to deliver objects for treatment
Hand delivery to the conservation lab in Ottumwa, Iowa is the safest way to transport objects for treatment. If that is not possible, objects can be shipped to our location.

Place a piece of white tissue paper on each side of the object.

Then sandwich this between two pieces of cardboard, additional layers of board may be added for extra protection.

Wrap the sandwich in bubble wrap or similar padding.

This should be placed in a sturdy cardboard box and securely taped shut.

Please require a signature upon delivery, so the package doesn't get left in the mailbox or at the door.

These measures should keep the objects safe during shipping, but there is no guarantee, so insurance may be purchased from the shipping company.​​​​​
